For the protection of metal under mild conditions where an economical coat with ample anti-corrosive property is desired.

Uses
For protection of metal surfaces under mild conditions ie inland condition with non-corrosive atmosphere (mainly internal):
Residential / Domestic buildings, commercial buildings, factories (internal) eg: iron pipes, metal grilles, doors, railings, metal door frame, window frame, metal cabinets and all types of prefabricated metals.

Theorectical - 13.5 sq.m / litre (4 microns DFT)

Dilution
Solvent - Nippon Bodelac 9000 General Purpose Thinner
Brush - 10 ~ 20% max
Roller - 10 ~ 20% max
Air spray - 10 ~ 20%

Surface Preparation
Prepare by:
remove rust / unstable matter by sanding
remove oil / grease and foreign matter
remove all unstable paint film
non-ferrous metal should be primed with Nippon Vinilex 120 Active Primer.

Film Thickness
A Dry Film Thickness of 40 microns per coat is recommended.
