Merchandise
Because you can't see nor touch the actual product, you are buying on faith
that the product is of merchandisable quality. We, at The Paint House, understands
that,and will replace any defective merchandise at no cost to you.
Prices
All prices quoted are nett.
Payment
Cash-on-delivery.
Delivery Services
Delivery is free for purchases above $250 otherwise a $10 delivery charge will
apply. Delivery is within Singapore Island only and is available on Mondays
to Saturdays from 10am to 5pm, except on public holidays. Allow one working
day for processing of delivery.
Submission of orders
We accept orders submitted through our website, email
or by telephone 94235307.
Confirmation
of electronic orders
An email or telephone acknowledgement will be sent to the customer within the
next 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. Should the
items not be available, a message will be sent to the customers for further
action.
Cancellation
of orders
Once the order is confimed by the customer and submitted, no cancellations will
be allowed.
Complaint Handling
Should you feel dissatisfied with any of our products or services, please email
us so that we can attend to your feedback.
Website Security
All information sent to us are kept in a secured environment. As we do not have
any online payment processing, no encryption technology has been employed.
Colour Charts
on this website
Colours are to some extent dependent on individual computers. If you require
a hardcopy of the colour chart please make a request. (See Menu / Customer service).
The colour charts are best viewed with your monitor set at 800 x 600 True Color
(32-bit).
